Carrie joined the Clear Strategy team this year with an exciting commitment: to become a licensed insurance agent and serve our healthcare clients in the Florida office. From day one, she embraced this role wholeheartedly. She passed her insurance exam with ease, dove into her studies, asked thoughtful questions, and dedicated herself to understanding how to best support our clients.

In her short time with us, Carrie has not only maintained an inspiring drive to learn, but has also brought a contagious positivity to the office and the clients she serves. Her genuine care shines through in the time she invests, the extra steps she takes, and the optimistic attitude she brings to every situation.

During our last AEP season, she took the Florida office by storm! We continue to hear nothing but rave reviews from clients about her kindness, attentiveness, and unwavering dedication. Her dedication to fostering seminars, workshops, and creating a space where current clients and potential clients can learn and be informed really speaks to her care for the company and others around her. We may not have known Carrie was on our 2025 bingo card, but we’re certainly glad she was.
